Bell Busted?
Has anyone ever been busted for not having a bell on their bike? I don't want to ugly up my new ride with one. If you did get a ticket, is there anyway to get around paying it?

It's illegal to live with a significant other if you're not married.
And it's illegal to drive 1 mph over the speed limit. People get busted for those kinds of things all the time (<-- sarcasm) I wouldn't worry about it. |
Only In Canada!!!

I know some of the posters here are ball busted, but I never heard of bell busted.
|
And in Denmark.
We have nicest police officers caring so much for our safty, that they have to give us tickets for things like that |
I feel like they should have handlebar plugs that are bells...
Or maybe you could get around it by wearing a jingly bell on your wrist or around your neck. Woot! Holidays! |
Actually, I like my idea so much that I may have to get on making a cycling wristband with a bell on it.

It's like any other accesory you may or may not need. Once you go look for one you'll find one you have to have. I want this one!
