MOVED: Why has the Pics thread been 'moved'?

MOVED: Why has the Pics thread been 'moved'?
It says MOVED in the title, but when you open the thread, at the top of the page it says it's still where it always was (ie in Fixed/SS). What gives? No big deal, just a little odd IMHO.
