Can anybody Identify this track frame?

I've been trying to identify this track frame. It's aluminum, Much like the 80's Cannondale bikes, even the seat post clamp matches, however Cannondale shows no track bicycles untill the mid 90's and the seat post clamp on those is different. Even the dimple on the chain stay looks like those on 80's cannondale bicycles

that's a 1" head tube? it could actually be a cannondale with rewelded track dropouts. i saw someone who did that and painted theirs white.

Looks like a Cannondale criterium road frame that had track ends welded on. Welded on pretty bad.

That thing scares me and will probably haunt my dreams.

Thank's guys, my suspicion regarding those track ends looks to be true. I had seen a 75' klein with a similar seat post clamp but not as clean frame welds.

That's either fluted for a crank arm or dented for the crank arm /from the crank arm

Those frames and many aluminum frames with oversized tubing will have the stays crimped

Old Cannondales have weird looking crimps like that. A lady brought on into the shop last year and I panicked when I first saw it because I thought it was a huge dent.
