Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? if you are in tampa just drive over the courtney camble bridge (every single person will be able to direct you to it) and the bridge turns into drew. stay on drew for like 15 mins and you will see a bike shop called "chainwheel drive", go there! i know these directions suck but if you get the chance i would say chainwheel drive is your best bet.

To drive from tampa to Business Cycles will take about five hours.

I went to University Bike Store (Shop?) for the first time last week...mostly a roadie store but fine for tools and jerseys I think. UBS is on Fletcher Ave near I-275.

I've never been to Chainwheel Drive.

If you go to buisness cycles you can ride at the Bryan Piccolo track. It is in sweet condition and super hot...

I have been out there all by myself for hours...it is kind of wierd. most people would kill for a nice velodrome by them and then all of those old white shoes and blue hairs and greasy porn stars dont give a flying uckf if they have a drome by them.

I am a bit pissy today.

having just shovelled the snow out of my drive and wondering where I parked the white pugie SS last, I'm still stunned by "help, I'm in Florida"

business cycles isn't really a shop either. . . it's more like warehouse. I mean he has a couple of things on display, but not much you're better off just ordering from the website. The only reason I go is because ot gives me an excuse to go to miami and it's only 45 min from my parents house.

Is anyone here actually in south florida? If anyone is, it would be cool to go to the brian piccolo velodrome or on a ride somewhere with someone who rides fixed. The only bikes I've seen since I got here have been DUI bikes.

also I'm going to orlando sometime in the next couple weeks maybe a few of us could get together there I mean it's not THAT far from g-ville or tampa. . . eh eff it yah it is. Oh well I guess it's solo rides for me.

yea, driving drunk.

people who've had their driver's license revoked because of DUI convictions ride around on DUI bikes.

alchy bars (road bars flipped upside down), number one sign of a person being busted on dui charges.
