I have not been able to contact IRO cycle about a return I wanted to make for 4 business days. I've tried email, and even searched for their phone number, but there was no response.
Anyone else have the same problem? This is a big hole in the "perfect" customer service idea that I was hearing about before buying.
P.S: Their built-in customer service response form (http://www.irocycle.com/contact-us.aspx) doesn't work as well. "Session timed out."
Thoughts? What should I do?
