Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

As long as they always stay on a track, they should be good... Unless you have to stop or something...

Yeah, i run a 20 spoke Bontrager racelite front wheel that i had built (found the hub and rim seperately for cheap) and its flexy as hell. That wheelset just looks scary.

My front wheel is 16 spoke and, while I love it, I'll be the first to admit that it does flex like mad sometimes. Never disconcertingly so, but definitely enough to notice.
