Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

why dont you give that one to me my replacement krypto broke the 2nd time i went to use it. basically, the entire U part of the lock is separated from the the base and there's some kind of washer rattling loose inside. so i went back to the crappy american lock i bought for the interim.

anyone else have this problem?

i am having a hard time with the new keys. they don't go in easy, and it's difficult to find the spot in the chamber that opens and closes the lock. maybe i'm just not used to them yet, but i've had it for more than a week now.

In email, they send you a UPS shipping label that you have to print and slap onto the box you're shipping the lock back in.

that's the initial email acknowledging your claim
the actual label should follow in it's own message within a week or so
i'm so lazy it took me a month after i got the label to actually pack and ship my lock
what's the turnaround time on these running? shipping from me to them took 3 days (they received it 12/30)
