Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Can you tell me what brand wheels these are?

My friend has them and we were wondering who makes them.

apparently super-deep white rims are what really float your boat (get it? boat & anchors? ok, never-mind)

since quality, weight, braking tracks, etc do not seem to have any bearing on your choice as long as the rims are deep & white...

you might as well say screw it to those piddling lil 43mm rims - go all the way & get you some ultra-deep 51mm starz wheels from svg for only $150

all that decoration's gotta be removable decals, right? just yank it off & you will be stylin...

Clever clever, liking the boat analogy. But he was just wondering if he should sell them or how much they are worth (he just bought the bike). I haven't completely decided on what I want, now that I'm back in portland, the more I ride the more I want light wheels. I had been in corvallis all year which is flat as a lake.
