Vuelta Wheels?
https://www.vueltausa.com/vuelta-bicy...elset-330.html
Just ran into these as I was shopping around. For 150 bucks with free shipping it seems hard to beat. And they are lighter than deep v's too. Any reason why not?

I would bet the cost of the wheelset, that they're heavier, regardless of what you've been told.
If you're getting them because they're lighter, I'd look elsewhere.

I had a set of those when I first started riding fixed and they were MEH at most. After 2-3 months the cheapo quando hub was shot and the wheelset was unusable. Don't Deep V's to formulas cost like 20 bucks more? When I first started riding I also had a problem with compromising for cheaper parts when all I had to do to get something better was wait a few weeks for the next pay check. I hate seeing new riders go through the same thing.

Get some Deep V's here for almost the same price as those Vuelta wheels. End up with better wheels that will last a lot longer.. https://www.velomine.com/index.php?ma...fqulqed24h8t03

Well Nagrom_ you win , velomine had a sale on the exact Deep V's I wanted (https://www.velomine.com/index.php?ma...oducts_id=1349) and I couldn't beat that price. Now time to go get some cash for my current wheels. Thanks for all the input.
