Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? dude. the cliche is so true, belgium has the very best waffles ever.
This was in Brugge. I demanded to my wife that i get a waffle before we left (to see exactly how good they were)
this waffle shop had a set up where you can get a waffle with all kinds of crazy toppings...strawberries, cream, chocolate, coconut, nuts, sauces, whatever the hell you wanted.

we had like, one euro left between us, and the place didnt take cards.
the only thing we could afford was a single plain waffle.

and im soooo glad we didn't have more cash, because covering that thing in anything but another of the same waffle is almost a sin.

Hot of the waffle grill, nice and fluffy inside and...i dunno what they do, but its almost like they coat the outside with a simple syrup, so as its cooked, it gets an awesome caramelized light crunch. making me hungry typing this out.

Belgium also has amazing street food, cheese, ice cream, and most importantly...BEER,
ok ill stop

Then I shaved my head to raise money for St. Baldrick's Foundation. That was... weird. But my team raised $5,000 to help cure childhood cancer.

Nice Audrey Hepburn cut.

My youngest daughter recently donated her hair for a similar cause. I am so very proud of her!!!
