In the interest of keeping my dome in one piece. What are some solid helmets for fixed gear riders? :crash:

I took a fixie-piss this morning, put on my fixie boxers and went triple rush brakeless to eat my fixie-cereal. I live my life one fixie at a time.

I use a Macon with a brentwood liner but i just saw one of these....might be fun if the visibility isn't compromised

Put on my fixie shoes with my fixie socks. And make some big brown toilet fixies later.

I know someone that uses the second one. She's a sixty year old frumpy lady.

a fedora helmet? i can't even begin to describe how much I hate that.

I use a Giro Atmos which has a Ti finish, it's comfy and has plenty of vents. Kask helmets are very comfortable too.

I like mine too, sucks when I can't find what I'm looking for. Feel free to provide helpful links to similar threads about good helmets for riding fixed gear bikes. :thumb:

All helmets do exactly the same thing, and the one that is right for you will be a matter of comfort, looks, and price. Go ****ing shop.

Sorry for assuming people might prefer different equipment for different types of biking.
