Cheap built rear wheel?

im bored with the roadie and am hoping to get some novelty out of it by going fixed

im gonna throw the 46 outter chain (on a triple) into the middle position, and run an 18 in the back.

need a decent rear wheel... something like MA3 with IRO hubs....

someone list all the cheap prebuilt rear wheels available out there? -- all i know of are the ones available from harris cyclery

Bought a IRO from Tony a couple months ago for around a 140$ delivered to the door
Very smooth bearings and nice looking to boot, very satisfied with it.
Forgot to mention price included a 16 rear cog and a Dura-ace lock ring

Do you have horizontal drops? If not you'll need an ENO hub (unless you are real lucky).

its a newer bike (99 fuji finest) so the drops are horizontal but very short.. i was hoping i'd get lucky with the right combo... ill run a 46 in the front and i hope a 17 or 18 in the back will work (with a half-link if need be). im not entirely sure on the chainstay length

if there are no other deals aside from the one in the above link, i think i'd have to go with IRO

thats debatable and has been, it all comes down to how much you like or are able to do maintenance and where/what type of riding the wheel is going to be used for.
if you have the money to drop on a high quality wheel like the IRO, do it.

The cog on that hub presented no debate as it became stript and I could nearly use it as a freewheel.

Had NOTHING to do with maintence. Had everything to do with it being a cheap POS.

This is Suzue Basic we're talking.
