Why don't you just give up this bike hobby? Didn't you just bought a $400 crankset+bb that doesn't even fit on your frame? And now u want to install a negative rise stem and track drops on a street bike?

Goop idea! But they probably won't have many Pista type stems as spares... mostly regular ones... thanks though!

Oh look.. it's another person with a non-related comment...

if you really want me to get into it... I got the bike frame, wheels, crank, BB, and another bin full of parts for free from buying a couple bikes and parting them out... (sold the other parts and frames to pay for the two bikes...) so I have spent Nothing.... I'm just trying to make it work for a fun little project... In the other thread I said that I bought them to keep it simple... This is my 9th bike so I am just trying something different for a winter project with what I have laying around...

So far either nothing is working or making sense. I suggest you to stay in the jackass thread along with the guy that wants to zip-tie his cog.

Nothing is working? All I need to make it work is a BB with a longer spindle... simple solution... Not sure what you are talking about?

Nothing is making sense? Not sure what you are referring to... this is MY thread... I started it... I did not start it for you to chime in with a little comment... I started it for some suggestions... I got several that were very helpful...

Oh, so you started a thread on the world wide web hoping to only receive responses telling you exactly what you wanted to hear? Makes perfect sense.

So, lemme make sure I got this right. You're going for that "pista" look on a single speed converted American road frame, using a high end track crank, which has to be rigged to even work, coupled with a flipped 25deg stem and track drops. Correct?
