Just finished my first SS build
1 Attachment(s)
Bridgestone 400 frame, wheels from a Trek District, Shimano dual pivot calipers, Cane Creek brake levers, and a custom recovered Specialized saddle. I built it to match my 1963 VW Beetle. Looking forward to putting some miles on it.

That's a good looking piece of bicycle. Why did you have Trek District wheels laying around though?

We should call this the Post your Singlespeed Thread. Everyone can post pics of their bikes. |
I like it! Very classic looking. Here's my piece of work:

Car guys (especially the 'tuner' crowd) seem to like to build up a ss/fg to match their cars I've noticed. I like to imagine them all meeting in an industrial area of town @2am, and playing footdown with all the cars surrounding them in a circle.
Nice job on your first build btw |
