Fixed Gear Brand/Model ID?

Just picked this up today, owner said it was a Uno but doubtful, was wondering if you guys seen this frame before? It does say designed by Frankstein bicycle werx

Why wouldn't you think that it was a frankinstien bike worx mercury? This looks vaguely like a shill post, but that bike so ugly I can't imagine anyone buying it.

In Philadelphia Alphas are a cheap ready to ride bike that you know is fine right out of the box(unlike anything from BD). I don't know why they exist in any other city.

The shop owner is a wingnut for sure. I loved watching him try to sell noseless saddles. It was a good time killer on slow days.
