2013-01-30 18.00.17.jpgJust picked up my new All City Nature Boy. Ordered Nitto riser bars and stem from RG for it as well. Bigger tires are next.
Bike and pictures are quick and dirty.
I am still riding the same old beaters... should have the 1975 Bridgestone Kabuki ready to show off in the late spring.
For those who are just tuning in...
1951 CCM - conversion from coaster equipped model.
1955 Raleigh Lenton Reg Harris, original fixed gear model.
First post - I must be living dangerously starting with photos. I've been lurking, reading and learning here for a month as I worked on my first fixed gear bike. I just finished converting my favorite, old road racing frame to fixed gear. The frame will be 24 years old in April and the current re-paint looks great considering it is 22 years old. Tubeset is a mix of True Temper RC and RCX with Columbus dropouts and Henry James lugs. I'm planning on lacing up some new wheels so I temporarily went with a VeloMine special in the rear and my original Campagnolo Strada Hardox rims laced to old Record hub in the front (perfectly true, laced it up in '90!).
unfinished coaster brake beater bike. soon putting on on a 100mm stem and cloth-taped nitto rb-021s. a friend let me borrow the chode grips just cause i didnt have any tape or anything

Still toying with the idea of a brown B17 Swift and matching bar tape, though as-is she's been pretty good to me so far...
yeahhhh, maybe too pricey. I'll probably do it if I ever find that 400$ I lost someplace..

Ride everything. Shave nothing.
