Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Still needs at least a front studded tire before it's a proper winter ride, but I'm liking it so far.

My beater, getting rid of the drops in favor of some bullhorns and swapping tires in the spring. Might add a cheap front fender(I have a rear) haven't found an inexpensive one I like just yet.

Here's mine, it's not quite finished. I've got clips and straps waiting to go on, I just need some longer bolts for the clips so I can use double straps on my pedals which wouldn't normally allow for them. Still working out what length and height I want the stem at and how wide I want my handlebars (they're uncut at the moment). Sorry for the phone pics but I don't have a camera atm.

^^ I really like that Steamroller. I'm also thinking of getting a Brooks for my supposed beater commuter.
What are those wheels? (assuming beaters since they're not locked up)

Looks great! I love tall steel frames with short wheelbases. The all black components look good too
