Do as I did and replace the garbage hardware with some solid bolts + locking washer and it tightens it up pretty nicely. Just hauled back an 18 pack, two pizzas, U-lock + gear on it and it's fine going over bumps. minus the fact that the bike is too light and wants to flip over.

It's not a SS or a FG, but I think it belongs in here
It's a 2011 Marin Ignacio with a 2 speed kickback hub that came out of the box about two weeks ago. New seat is incoming.

I got it off ebay, it uses cinelli lugs and it came from a older cinelli road bike

Probably from a non-Cinelli bike. Cinelli did (and does) supply framebuilding parts for a lot of other companies. Cinelli was very fond of the sloping Supercorsa fork crown on their own road bikes, and the flat-top pista crown for track.
