Did you look at the flag of the Cispadane Republic while you were skewing? To me it looked like Tuscany stole Mexico's flag if anything.

It's just a roadie in SS mode... I spot DT shifters, FD braze on, horizontal drop outs. Could be better nonetheless with the wheelset given to me.

It's a polo bike, hence the front wheel disc as well. Bending the forks like that is a common way of speeding up the steering without spending any money. Yes, they can be interesting on the road. Not JA at all, just a bit weird off the polo court.

well I wish it was, but its chained outside a frat and there is not a single person within a 100 miles that has ever played bike polo. they just have it displayed because of its "Natty Light" fratstar decals

Oh god, that's bad. Seeing how the tires sold at walmart are made by innova, guess who makes the tires for the surly pugsley and moonlander.

Is this the fat tire equivalent of Target's $35 fixie? Proportional the price would fit.

I really want to see one of these "in the flesh".

Seen the Walmart fat bike pics floating around for a bit now. Honestly, sort of debating getting one for dock/lake jumping at my cabin in the summers. Of course, that's IF the volume of those tires would float what, I would assume, is a damn near 40lbs bike.

Would be nice to not have to strap a lifejacket to or go diving for the bike. Will likely be watching the price tag...

I love this post. The old fisher supercaliber I had would float (haven't tried with any bikes newer to me than that). I'd be surprised if this thing wasn't at least close to floating.

For bmx bikes, we'd put water wings on the bars and seatpost.

I currently use an early 90's stumpjumper. Gone through quite a few different bikes, generally raid garage sales for different options, and useable older BMX models are increasingly harder to find. Bikes get burned through fairly quickly and of course you'll always have one or two here and there that inexplicably disappear at the bottom after even attempting to search for a bit...

Living in Minnesota is a pretty good venue for it. Not only lakes all over but lots of sheer cliffs with very steep drops into a good amount of water.
