whats wrong with your "training?"

if you're trying to "train" with other people, then there's most of your problem. of course you need to take a step back from time to time and make sure that you're enjoying yourself as well.

oh, and I'm really, really tired right now.

Yesterday was probably the hottest weather I'd ridden in all year. Today it rained. Thank you San Francisco summer.

Today I stumbled on a estate sale a couple blocks away from me. Person who's stuff was being sold was a avid photographer. Scored a bunch of camera gear for dirt cheap from unknowing next to kin.
Also tried to snipe a less than perfect* highly sought after legacy portrait lens off ebay and saw said auction rocket from $60 to $210+ in the matter of 7 seconds. Whoever won it ended up paying historically more than ideal/perfect specimens sold in the past/ currently available BINs.

Rode my fixie for the first time in three weeks, as I've been on a road bike kick lately. Rode a 34 mi. circuit with lots of rollers and a couple of steep descents, but didn't have to resort to using the brake once.

The fronts of my quads will be sore tomorrow.

Didn't even know about it. How often do they do those things? I feel like the last one was pretty recent.

Today I rode my SS Salsa Casseroll grocery getter to the local Kroger to get some supplies, and a nice lady came up to me as I was loading the saddlebags in the parking lot and asked me if I was homeless and needed any help. I guess she thought that only homeless people have bikes with saddlebags. Mine was the only bike there.

Someone help me figure out what I'm looking at here. What the hell was he doing? And there's no way for it to stop as is, right?

Yeah, yeah, not singlespeed. And maybe it should've gone in the jackass thread.

Yeah there was one just a couple months ago going down Venice to the beach. The plan is to ultimately become weekly.
