Having difficulty working because my new bike is sitting in my cube and I can't stop looking at it.

Ugh my fuji is seriously falling apart. the creaking/clanking noise drives me nuts but i dont have the money to take it in to get diagnosed or fixed. it's either the hub on my front wheel (my initial suspicion, and it went away when a friend regreased/repacked the bearings but after the next rain ride it got clanky again) or my headset/fork or something wrong with my BB that's resonating up through the frame making it feel like it's coming from the front end.

Your cog is slipping.
Today I am treating myself and Angie to a fancy dinner in celebration of signing the lease for Retrogression's new location in San Diego.

Started classes today. Chem professor is an overly charismatic buffoon apparently trying to run a psychology/philosophy class. I think we will butt heads a bit this semester...
Also, I forgot the exit ramp gets backed up onto I-75 so badly at the beginning of the semester. The road was still wet from last night's rain and I crested a hill only to see two lanes of gridlocked traffic. Didn't want to lock up the rear wheel on the moto so I had to split the lane. I nearly crapped myself. Talked to a classmate later who said he had the same problem and almost wrecked when he locked up his motorcycle's rear wheel. Time to rebuild the Long Haul Trucker so I can bike to school again.
