Today I worked, walked the dog, swapped a BB and handlebars, rode to the gym and home, tried feebly to lift heavy things and put them down, booked a flight to Toronto, bought tickets to see Judge/H2O/Strife in Toronto, bought a bunch of bike parts.

Had a great day. Pumped to get back up to Toronto to ride and see some friends.

3 broken spokes on a wheel is about the time when I decide to just replace the whole damn wheel. Because even after you replace those spokes, at least 1-2 more are going to snap within the next couple months, guaranteed.

Yeah, but they never take in this advice. This guy already had several spokes replaced (the original spokes are painted black)

Not at all. Working all day Friday, and I'm driving to work. No bike commute.

This week, I've been a Californian complaining about the weather. I don't pay out of my ass to live here and get uncomfortable weather!

This week the weather has been fantastic, but I pay outta my ass to live here and get rainy weather, so this leaves me a bit confused. One thing for sure though, I'm not letting ANYONE in this town ***** about the weather being 'too hot'.

Let me know when you pay $2500/mo for a small 1 bedroom. NYC sucks sometimes.

All joking aside I wouldn't be too happy with the weather you've been getting either.

I made my own energy gel today. I mixed maltodextrin, agave nectaur and molasses. It's not bad, not any worse then the name brand gels.
