Today I (v2):

The original thread is getting quite large. Let's start fresh, shall we?

Today I: am getting excited for the official launch party of my cycling club that I co-founded. We have socks, caps, and kit on the way. Fun! Also, happy Friday, y'all!

Nagrom_ 05-10-13 12:52 PM

The end of an era.

Today I'm building up my buddies wheels. I might just cut ties with him and keep them.

Lukester78 05-10-13 12:53 PM

Today was my last day of study abroad in italy. Flying back home tomorrow. Definitely had a good time, but looking forward to the good ole USA.

johnnytheboy 05-10-13 12:58 PM

today i got in on some sweet page 1 action.

David Broon 05-10-13 01:09 PM

I'm pretty stoked for me weekend, new bike day and a bunch of riding on the new bike.

Leukybear 05-10-13 01:15 PM

Today I posted my 1st post on the 1st page of the Today v2 thread. :D

rex615 05-10-13 01:16 PM

Today we got let off work early and I am heading to my LBS to pick up some parts.

Hopefully I will get a ride in without rain.

I'd be more concerned with the dodging Cicada's if the reports I've seen are accurate. They're not going to be a problem here, Massholes DDT bombed them out of existence back in the '60's. The only population left is way out on Cape Cod.

Today I was slightly intrigued with this bike, I'm over it at that price. Plus, I'm willing to bet it weighs 50lbs.

It would be an interesting grocery getter though.

Today I decided to get another frame to throw all my spare parts on, so I'll have two bikes. Having trouble finding a frame though. Need one with a 1" headtube for the fork and headset I already have. Anyone know of anything I can buy new, or would I just have to keep an eye on ebay?

Jaytron 05-10-13 01:32 PM

This is new and scary. Who are you people?

gregjones 05-10-13 01:39 PM

If this don't make page 1 I'm gonna delete it.

That's all, I didn't really do anything today. Planted two elephant ears for Cheryl and rode some.

I love unemployment.

Today I biked my kid to daycare for the first time. Bikes can grow, just like people.

At first I was like:

And today I'm like:
http://distilleryimage6.s3.amazonaws...0a1f9874_7.jpg

Changelog:
17 track cog to 18t freewheel
brakeless to brakeful
pink veeps to 36h M13's (SS only) bought for $30 on CL
cheapo townie bars off eBay (after losing a bid on Nitto Jitenshas)
Weeride seat

But now I miss having a fixed biek

seau grateau 05-10-13 02:02 PM

Your legs get shorter too?

hairnet 05-10-13 02:06 PM

Today I ate really smelly Korean food and had smelly Korean food farts. Kimchi is the best.

Weerides are awesome! My little ankle bitters loved riding in those.

I'm always disappointed with the Kimchi I can get around here. I've had it in Seoul and it's a whole different experience there.

LesterOfPuppets 05-10-13 02:32 PM

Today I got next to a horiz. dropout Specialized MTB and started thinking of conversion.

Decided HardRock is too lowend, holding out for olde RockHopper +.

ThermionicScott 05-10-13 02:37 PM

Not just Today, but I've been favoring my geared bikes a lot more this year. Hope it's just a phase.

striknein 05-10-13 02:41 PM

Picking up my car, 900 dollars later.

i could have built a hell of a bike for that...

I saw the old thread was locked in my control panel and was afraid to see what happened in the thread. Glad it was just getting too big and not someone getting out of hand.

Today I want this work day to end. It's beautiful outside.

FakeFuji 05-10-13 02:53 PM

Today I put on new grips. Feels clean man
