Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

In case you hadn't noticed, that "closed thread" contains links to all the noob threads (which are all open).

Looks like we've got another food thread on our hands here, folks.

A few days ago, Angie made me some maple walnut ice cream bread for our anniversary. If you've never heard of ice cream bread, Google that ****, make some (you can use any flavor ice cream you'd like) and and prepare for your mind to be blown.

After looking it up I agree with this comment: "What kind of monster turns ice cream into bread?"

One of my friends is a professional pastry chef and last night she baked a cake for the group during Game of Thrones. It was pretty much sweet bread with ice cream and reduced strawberry sauce.
