My Miche Pistard WR wheelset has just arrive and i've done the inner tube etc I just can't seem to get the last part of the tyre on AT ALL. Every time one part goes in, the other end of the part thats out just comes out more if you get me, it's like a chain reaction

Any help would be appreciated!

Your options are:
1. HTFU
2. Break out some monster MTB tire levers, which you likely do not have
3. Use a bit of soapy water to help the tire seat
4. Do it right - put the wheel in your lap and go inch by inch with both hands simultaneously, like kneading dough, etc.
5. Google "kool stop tire bead jack," add to cart, $$$, ?, profit.

I always have a hard time putting on gator-skin tires.
Use both hands(the 2 sides that's not in the rim yet)to pull/push the tire up(Literally) then it'll slip into the rim, it does take a good amount of force though.

Semi inflate the tube so that it takes shape, try to put on one side of the tyre first starting with the valve, then push that side into the center of the rim, using a decent tyre lever hook the other side of the tyre onto the rim, as you get to the last part of the tyre let the air out of the tube and pinch the tyre into the center of the rim again and hook the final part of the tyre onto the rim. It literally has no chance of moving with any force haha, it's so tight. I'm probably just too weak though. And my thumbs are sore.

Tried 2 levers already won't work either..

I would buy one but they don't deliver instantly, so it's either wait two weeks to post to australia without no riding at all or do something alternative that will work.

Use both hands, with one hand holding the already set part of the tire and the other inserting the rest of the tire. For the last part where you have to use your thumbs to squeeze in the remainder of the tire outside of the rim try using a set of toe clips (thread tighten them around the rim and tire) to border both sides of that part so the tire bead does not slip out and you can focus your thumbs/ hands on seating the rest of the bead.

The bead will actually not stretch any more than it already is.. If i were to use the soapy water where would i put it?

If you really can't get it on at all, tires with kevlar beads are usually easier to mount in my experience.

GOT IT! Fingers are thrashed now though and I know I'll have a pinch flat.

Check the bead? If you know you're gonna pinch flat, you can prevent it.

Nah got it haha, I checked and fixed one up. I only had a little bit of the tube coming out but massaged it back in.
