Entry level track bike

I'm really confused, I don't know whether to choose from a pre-built bike or a custom bike :/ How much would you spend on a custom bike or are there any good custom built bikes. Does anyone know any good used bikes for sale I can't seem to find a good one :S

Thanks in advance

I would use it in the velodrome but I will use it on the road a bit. And only for short journeys

Dude, really? That's like saying, "How much would it cost to go on vacation?" In case you don't understand what I mean, I'm saying there are a lot of variables that will affect the overall cost.

You're on the internet and have access to all the information in the entire world. Do some research.

I lol'd pretty hard, hahaha.

If you are serious about it being a track bike, look into a Dolan. Seriously.
