Help Me Out Here For My New Build

    Ok,

Sold my SS/FG Cross Check. It was a 58cm and just too long. I just could never get the fit right so I am looking to rebuild (or buy stock) something in the same vein. I would like some feedback from owners of the Pake C'Mute, On One Pompino, All City Nature Boy, and Kilo WT (I had a Kilo TT a few years back so I know of it a bit) on how they enjoy the rides of their steeds.

    Requirements:
Clearance for at least 32's, ideally larger and with fenders
Ability to run geared would be nice (Pake and Cross Check)

I am not looking to spend more than $800. I know the WT is less than $500 and I am sure I can build a Pompino or C'Mute for around $800.

Well, if your XC was too long, then you won't like the Kilo WT, which is just as long. It's the same geometry as the Steamroller.

I didn't mean long as in wheelbase or riding position, I meant it was too long of an ETT for my size and riding style. I would do the WT in the 56 which has a shorter ETT than my 58 X-Check.
