Which bike should I pick? Fuji or Kilo TT?

So, I know you're probably already thinking, how many of these type threads have I read? I promise you though, I have scoured bikeforums posts for about a month to find the right fixed gear bike for my miniscule budget. I've narrowed down my search to two nice bikes. If it makes any difference,I would be using the bike to commute to school 4 days a week, approximately 5 miles back and forth, and occasional rips to the store, park ect. I'm new to fixed bikes, and I am not a hardcore rider. Well, anyways here are 2 local deals I've found on craigslist (the fuji classic track) http://jacksonville.craigslist.org/bik/3933828757.html
    and (kilo tt) http://gainesville.craigslist.org/bik/3947781399.html

Also, I found that the fuji classic track weighs 20lbs , I couldn't find the weigh of the kilo. I know a lot of the members on here are fans of the kilo, so I won't post specs. The Fuji specs can be found here: http://kozy.com/product/12fuji-class...k-161001-1.htm

Thanks for any advice in advance!

Kilo is a better frame, it has upgraded wheels and tires with dura ace and gator skins. I think that's worth the extra $25 asking price. The Kilo has no brake that I can see. If you never rode fixed you will definitely want a brake. I'd ask if he has the brakes that came with the bike. Otherwise you are looking at at least $20 in parts on ebay or more if you buy new.

Thank you for your response. I was leaning more towards the kilo anyways, I just hate the color of it. Maybe I'll powdercoat it black.

The dura ace "upgrade" is a cog, which is not really an upgrade. And a mid range front wheel is not really much of an upgrade.

I assumed it was a hub but the add doesn't really specify
