Geno rims in trade?
 

I was recently offered a Geno proline wheelset in a trade. I'm trying to trade or sell my Nishiki frame that has everything except for wheels and a chain. The build was not the most expensive judging by the parts that were used but they are still quality just not lightweight and it's still a full frameset and everything so I was just wondering if any of you have heard about the quality or heard good things about this geno wheelset. I am in truth a little skeptical but I am open.

Uhhh I've never heard of anything called that and automatically assume it is chinacrap. Besides, you have two front wheels shown in that picture.

50 bucks or equivalent in parts.

If by "50" you mean 20.

I had the frame listed at 45 or trade for a decent rear wheel.

This rims are not china crap. Yes they are from Taiwan both hubs and Rims but they are of higher quality then your standard rim ex.(Retrospect, Pure Fix, Zyzle Fixed, etc.). Each set of Geno Wheels(20", 24", 26", 650c, 700c, and 27") have been hand built in California.

That doesn't mean they're not crap.

Also, if this is your website, you should probably learn how to spell.

It's been nearly a year later and my opinion of them being chinacrap still stands unfortunately.

I bring my valuation down to 2 bucks. Demand suddenly plummeted, you all saw it.
