I don't understand him enough to know the components.

Second, I really wouldn't follow that guy's build. It's not a bad bike, but it's not a good value for the money spent. (notably I'd ditch both the wheels and that fork in favor of a nicer frame set and a reasonable, matched, set of wheels).
Third, if you're NOT ESL, but just so new to bikes that you couldn't follow the video, then stop now and go find a bike shop (or bike co-op) in your area where someone more knowledgeable can help you.
Fourth, whatever you end up with, be sure to post pictures here.

First, serious question (no offense intended, really), are you ESL? That might explain why you had such trouble with the video.

On Topic: Well, If its not a good value for the money spent. What other parts would you use instead of the ones he used?

Mate, you're new to bikes, know nothing about them, so perhaps you don't realise how daft your question is. Would you recommend someone brand new to computers start his experience by cobbling together a box of parts? Of course not, you'd tell them to buy a complete unit and start learning from there.
And yes, some of us have been rude and unhelpful, you've also completely failed to recognise those posts that have helped you (or should help you if you knew what you were doing).
Find a bike shop with a salesperson who will talk to you and listen to you and appreciate your desire for a fixie. You may have to try a few because the macho roadie set don't like us scrubbers from the streets. Then, using his advice, purchase a nice, new, complete bike. It won't look like that horror in your video but there are good reasons for that. Then ride the thing, and ride it and ride it and, when things wear out, break or prove to be unsuitable, you will be in a much better position to select replacements.

Upgrading to good bits, he'd need to buy a frame, some wheels, one of those saddle things, something to hang onto and a box of little bits designed to make the whole lot work together.
Fuggit, you're right

My pants used to fit me
English as a Second Language. I honestly thought this was the case since what the guy was saying on the video was pretty clear to me. Possibly because I know a little bit about bikes from reading the forums and talking to mechanics at the shop (novel concept, right?).

I'm not ESL, I'm just new to bikes. I'm not knowledgeable with the parts and the names and that's why I'm asking for help. I'm thankful for listing the parts out for me whereas the other people just think I'm trolling or just think of me as stupid.

you dont have to know what the parts are, he tells you what they are.
no wonder the guy never replied to your youtube messages, the whole point of a bike check type video is to talk about the parts.
i dont think youre stupid, i just think youre lazy.
