Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Sorry not to be rude, but

I can’t comment on what that particular frame is worth, and I understand that some of the more prolific posters here don’t care that much about rarer old bikes. But I can tell you that Cambio Rino does have an interesting history and was pretty highly regarded way back in the day. Besides building frames they also manufactured components that many considered to be superior to their top-of-the-line competitors of the period. I have had a set of their pedals for years and they are fantastic. If you have not already done so, you ought to Google Cambio Rino or Rino Radaelli to learn more them, or even search here or check in the Classic forum.

If you do get the frame, enjoy building & riding your bike.

If you're in SF and you're going to ride it and lock it up anywhere it's probably in your best interest to keep the beater look and not repaint it. May make it less attractive to thieves
