Wrong sized Campy track nuts? How to tell?
Got some nuts off eBay, they're the wrong size. They're not marked as Campy, but look like the style. They seem to be 9mm -they screw on a few turns before sticking badly-I'm pretty certain the TPI is off. Did the seller accidentally sell me a nut for the Shimano Dura Ace, which are 9mm x 1mm (25.4 TPI)? Is that why they'd go on a few turns before jamming?

Okay, I just used wrenches and twisted the nuts on. They're okay, just a little tight.

I hate situations like this. Will a little more force fix the problem or turn it into a much worse problem? Glad it worked out for your.
