Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Hard to say - doesn't seem unreasonable, but not exactly my type of bike. Are you sure the SSFG forum is the right place to ask about an old geared Schwinn hybrid?

Fair enough, although you may find those who disagree.

FWIW, if the bike fits, is in good shape, and everything works, I'd offer $85 and go from there. Those old hybrid/mtb's can be re-purposed into pretty useful commuters or touring bikes.

Dude, no brand description, no sizing description and no frame details description. All red flags.

And overpriced if its a hi ten bike.

If it's your size, rock it.

Im picking up a 1980's 56cm Bianchi frame (for a project) with fork and cranks for $100 today.
