This thing is being advertised as simply a "Pista" (the word "Concept" isn't mentioned anywhere), so it might be an opportunity to get one of these bikes for a little less than usual.

I bought one of those antique TA Specialties handlebar mount bottle cages that go for insane prices at auction. It comes with clamps, cage and bottle for 2/3 the price of what some bid for the clamps alone.
The absolute worse that can happen is that I don't like it and turn $150 profit on ebay.
