Need a Black Fixed Gear Bicycle but unsure what to buy.

I live in Manchester, UK and I need a black single speed bicycle to commute around my city. My height is 175cm and I have up to £400 to spend.

I really like the look of the State Bicycle Matte Black 3.0:
Build Custom Matte-Black III Bike | Fixie Bike | State Bicycle Co.
Unfortunately on every website I've looked it's sold out.

These are the bicycles I'm currently looking at:

Bike 1
Se Draft Lite Singlespeed Bike 2013 - Se from Triton Cycles UK

Bike 2
Nolobi 2014 Matte Black Single Speed Bike Fixie/Fixed Gear Track Bike - 56cm Frame - NOLOBI2094

Bike 3
All Black Single Speed Fixed Gear Track Fixie Bike - 56cm Frame - NLBLKBLK56

Bike 4
Black Fixie/Single Speed Bike w/Sugino Cranks - FGBLKUH

Bike 5
BRAND NEW SINGLE SPEED / FIXED GEAR / FIXIE ROAD BIKE- black | eBay

Bike 6
Fixed Gear bike, Hi Spec,Brand GreenWAY*london* | eBay

Is it worth trying to buy the parts to a bicycle and then finding a retailer who specializes in bike craft to build one for me? Or are any of these bikes worth buying? If you guys have any suggestions of bikes or sites I should look at please message here, would very much appreciate it.

Also, please let me know if I've posted in the wrong sub-forum.

Are there no bike shops in Manchester, UK where you can find what you need for £400 ? I'd look there first.

The answer to this is definitely no. A complete bike will always be cheaper than a buildup.

That was my thinking. The fg scene is pretty big in the UK so there WILL be fixed specific bike shops (hell, we've got one here in little ol' Adelaide - used to have two but Kim now works out of his house). Even if you jump on the train and spend a day in London, you'll be a lot better off shopping for bikes for real than mucking about on the internet.

And why black? I've had a black bike and it's a stupid colour for a bike. I've got a black car now, and it's still a stupid colour for something that goes on wet roads. Each to his own I guess, but while black looks great when clean and shiny, that doesn't extend to when it's dirty.

I thought Evans stocks a bunch of Fujis? Used it as a reference when I got mine.
