SS Cannondale Capo 2008 - dents in top tube, should I worry?

Dear everyone
I have acquired a Cannondale Capo 2008. Unfortunately it has two dents in the top tube.

Should I worry about my safety since it's an aluminum frame?

Kind regards

David

Probably not, but why did you buy it before asking first ?

I did ask about it and the seller said it was no problem.
To be honest I didn't think it looked that bad either, but when I got home I searched the web about dents in aluminum frames and to my surprise I read all sort of warnings and crazy stories. Therefore I would love to get some second opinions.

Of course he said no problem he was selling it, IMHO they wont be a catastrophic failure, but with time vibrations may cause gradual failure. Monitor and ride IMHO...
Warning, I'm not an expert and I don't play one on t.v.

You're gonna be fine. The value of the frame is pretty shot though.
