I don't there is a fixed gear option- SS or IGH. You can try using the filtered search on the Gates site to find out what brands offer belt drives and possibly narrow it down. - Gates Carbon Drive Belt System

Didn't Trek make a belt drive?
You're not likely to get belt drive AND quill because belt drives are relatively new to push bikes, certainly well after threadless headsets became the industry norm.

Some sort of custom frame springs to mind. Sure, it'll be expensive but you'd imagine that anything involving a belt drive would be. Keep us posted. Although sneered at by some, I think there's a place for belt drive.

The Trek Soho was a belt drive, but it had an 8spd IGH.

You could always swap out the fork, stem and headset of a belt drive frame.

There actually are quite a few boutique-bred FG belt-drive bikes out there if you gave searching a try, but they are spendy & no quills among them. Modern bikes with modern drive-trains(?) require modern bits...right?

Trek's District was their Gates-drive SS, was even offered in crabon for a year or two, but I cannot say whether it was able to be made into a fixed bike, and now it has morphed into some kind of geared city bike?

OP - if you are serious about this what is your budget? As you better consider a custom frame. Good luck...

You could always find an old frame you just love that has a 1" head tube, and have a frame builder modify the right seat stay with a coupler so you can ad a belt drive to it. Probably the cheapest way to go

Thanks No1mad discovered a lot of cool bikes through that link.

I think everyone is right that I will not be able to get a complete with belt and quill
without either modifying or having something custom built.

Thanks Everyone

They come up on ebay fairly often, and every once the carbon-frame version shows up. Sweet-riding, very nice looking bike, but the carbon-frame ones get VERY pricey.
