Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

NO BRAKES! the book that is

anyone here ever read this? i read an excerpt from it a week or two ago and it seemed interesting. it was basically marty nothstein telling his story. i was going to pick a copy of it up, but don't want to spend the money if it blows.

They're all sheep anyway.
I haven't seen the book or anything, but $25.46 seems steep for a paperback. Maybe that's because I only buy secondhand romance novels though.
