Essor Wheelsets and Carbon Forks?

Anyone use this brand or know if they are decent or not? Looking into their Carbon Clincher wheelset and carbon fork. They are on promotive.com (an incentive website for retailers) for 40% off.

Did you read the description for the business on promotive?

"State Bicycle Company, VeloVie and Essor USA manufacture high quality bikes, wheels, frames and accessories for a wide range of cyclists. "

Exactly my thoughts. Which is why I wanted to see if anyone had experience with them. I know State doesn't make the best frames in the world, so I would expect something similar from a sister company of theirs.

I've seen their website, thanks. I only mentioned promotive to explain why I am even looking at these in the first place. 40% off.
