My steed.. Help me with next upgrades?

Here's my bike. Eighth inch scrambler with some origin 8 components and surly cog.

I've been working on it for a while slowly swapping things out etc and don't know what to do next. I'm thinking a wabi wheelset would be a good upgrade, and then maybe new cranks/chainring?

I ride it a ton but want a smoother better ride. I'm thinking a new wheelset because I've read my eighth inch set is extreme,y heavy and not very smooth.

Well there you go. Every upgrade you make should solve a problem. We don't know what your problems are.

What if his problem is not having enough FixieSwagYOLO. Have you ever thought about that possibility.

In that case just randomly list out bling parts that are 'bombproof' or the 'best'. Make sure they have sealed everythings and gorgeous 'welds'.

I'd add some derailleurs, front and rear, 16 or more gears, shifters, a rear brake, fenders, a rear rack, a front rack, a bell, dynamo lighting, panniers, a kickstand, a chain case, a saddlebag, a handlebar bag, and streamers.

I don't think I can level out my saddle because it's slammed as far back as possible. I like making adjustments and changes its a lot of fun for me to have a project like this. I'm thinking a new stem and then alex novatec wheelset off retrogression once I save enough money.

Might seem eek stupid but I got the bike when I was younger just based on what I thoght looked cool but now am really into riding and want to replace a lot of the gimmicky hipster colored parts with lighter more functional durable parts....

Dimension Threadless Stem - 83/97 Degree - 25.4mm in Tree Fort Bikes Stems (cat125)

think I should order myself or just have my LBS order me one ? Thinking 120 or 130 cause I'm riding a 56 instead of a 58 which I should be riding.

Nothing wrong with that. We all buy/build/set up bikes depending on our needs and desires at the time. If we got it partially right to start with, that bike then evolves over time as we evolve. Throwing a bike out and buying a new one every year suggests someone who can't choose correctly in the first place (or lacks imagination).
I had a good bike ... so I FIXED it

Always give your lbs a chance first because there will come a day when you need something from the lbs that's more than just a simple purchase - advice, experience, repairs, etc - and it's at these times that having a good relationship with them is invaluable. A good lbs will understand if you buy something that's considerably cheaper.

Of course, last time I bought a neck, I walked into my lbs with my bike, told him what I needed, we tried two or three, I paid for the one I needed. Trial and error without the cost. You can't do that on the internet.

Would this wheelset Alex AT400/Novatec track wheelset | Retrogression be an upgrade over the Weinmann Dp18/formulas (same as my eighth inch)?
