Frameset recommendations please!
I am in the process of building a lighter bike for trail riding. My current steel chromoly track bike is nice, but the idea of aluminum (even though not oldsxhool/as cool) has been in my mind. Only problem is, I like to ride 700x28s and 32s as I do a bit of off roading and jumps and bumps (nothing that would bring a reasonable aluminum frame to its demise), so rather than get new tires which I have plenty of in my preferred size, are there any frames I could purchase that won't hurt my wallet (under 800 USD) that allow clearance for such silly sizes. Any and all help is greatly appreciated, and thank you all!

Also on a different subject , I know there are threads about it but this seems a little more specific to my parts so I might as well ask about it too. I am riding dp18s with a fixed/fixed hub of 19/12 and a Pake crankset with a shimano 50t chainwheel. Both cogs are 1/8 intended and the chain is 1/8 as well. When I have it switched to the 19t rear cog it is quiet as hearing a fart from outside of a soundproof room, nothing. But when I am riding the 12t cog it makes the sound of, well a chain spinning on a cog. It is baffling me And I feel quite stubborn for not being able to understand. Once again, any help is appreciated.

in my mind the drop outs on your bike are like 3-4 inches long unless you are changing/taking out links in your chain
sorry if that doesn't really answer your question. in my experience bigger chainrings/cogs have been quieter.

There should be a couple single speed cross bikes around that price. Though I guess if you don't want brakes then you'd be stuck with naked brake posts....
That's all the help I am tonight...

Normal dropouts, it is a standard State frame (yuck!) but it either sits up close to the inside of the dropouts with the 19 or a tthe very back of the dropouts with the 12. It's weird, but not impossible not unsafe.
I guess i have have some googling to do for those cross frames then! I usually ride brakeless wether it be fixed or freewheel (years of it and a few concussions from idiot cars and negligent hill bombs have made me more vigilant in these day, assuming I did not secretly die and this is fantasy world, which wouldn't be so surprising after all).
As for the farts, I'll stick to the outside of the booth for such verbs.
thank ye merry gentleman

$800?
That budget for a frameset gives you more than plenty; ~95% of options out there from the ****ty aventons and THRONE's to the droolworthy cinelliwhozits and bianchiwhatnots.
BUT the question is, has the idea of expensive high-end steel been on your mind? I would go high end steel>aluminum any day.

I have a solution for your issue with chain/cog noise.
Don't run a ****ing stupid gear inch of 50/12 on the street.

I tend to agree with GENESTARWIND regarding your 50/12 gearing and at 1st thought don't have a better frame suggestion than Leukybear's to consider steel, but in a lame attempt to be helpful...
Are you using a stepped lockring with your 12t cog? If not, get one.

I'll second IAmSam. You cannot use your regular lockring with a 12t cog. The chain will ride on the lockring, not seat in the much smaller diameter cog. (A 13t will also probably be hitting but may be rideable.) You need a 12t lockring. Eur-Asian Imports has one but you may have to buy the cog with it. Together they are more than $50.
50-12 on a fix gear? (12 gear inches) I have gone very fast on a 42-12 (94 gear inches)
Edit: You may have a problem when you replace the lockring with the correct one because the cog diameter the chain sees will now be a lot smaller and the wheel may need to be further back than you have dropout or track end. (You mentioned that what you currently have just barely works.)

Steel is a better ride quality than aluminum, I don't see a need to switch. You can get a decent steel frame SS cross bike for around $800

All city nature boy has plenty of clearance. I don't know if that's been said. I'm too hung over to actually read all the posts.

I really like my traitor crusade, reasonably aggressive geometry(for a cross bike) and despite me treating it like a mtb, I've had no issues. I guess the only concern would be your idiotic ratio cause I doubt it would have the clearance for a 50t
