Wide shoes

So I've been using Serfas Podium and wore them out pretty well. They aren't dead yet but I feel like upgrading. I got a killer deal on the Serfas Zirconium for $125 from REI (retail $190) but apparently Serfas flagship shoe isn't wide like the Podiums, which as you can see is still a tad narrow.

I'd like a carbon sole in a wide width under $200, but I'd spend a little more if it meant a better fitting shoe.

So far I am looking at:
Lake CX237-X Wide, which is around $230. I haven't tried the boa wire/lace option before.
Bont Vaypor wide, closer to $260-$280 in price but should fit really well since they're heat moldable.

According to this thread here the Sidi Megas aren't really very wide and have pointy toes still.

Anything else I should be looking at?

Bonts are really comfy. I'm using wide 44.5 A two bonts, and they're still a little narrow, but it's manageable.

I also have a pair of Bontrager RXL mtb shoes, and they're pretty comfortable. Their road version might fit the same. Haven't actually seen them in person before.

I have a 9.5EEE foot and I wear Sidi Dominators in 43 Megawidth. They fit great.
