Giant Faraggo Fixed Wheel Conversion Advice
I was recently given this Giant Farrago and have been considering converting it into a fixed wheel (I have a multi-speed hybrid and have been itching to try a fixed wheel). The breaks need replacing and the gears don't shift so it seems like a decent candidate besides the fact that its a vertical drop out... I'd like to keep this project as cheap as possible and avoid buying something like the Eno Hubs.
Do I need to go new wheel set route? Is it worth it? Is the bike itself actually worth anything? Any tips/advice would be great.

Quick answers...
- Probably not worth the trouble because of what look like vertical drop outs. You'd need the Eno eccentric hub for fixed gear to work well, or a chain tensioner for freewheeling single speed fun.
- Doubtful the bike is worth much, as entry level hybrids are a dime a dozen.
