Hey, Linux-
In your crossroads conversion thread, you mention a lbs with lots of used parts; can you tell me what that is?

BTW, Shout out from the 'burg.

Road or Mountain.

Probably getting a new 29er SS by summer.

I ride when at school, in Pensacola. The ride to the beach is one of the best rides I've done.

I've been commuting now from Saint Pete to Tampa for 3 months (just moved here). I don't see many people taking advantage of the great bike lanes and the Friendship Bridge to get to work. I ride from Ybor City to Downtown Saint Pete...Anyone out there do this ride?

floridians everywhere!

Panama city area! Short daily commute of 7.25 miles each way.
I love my bike and I promote riding all the time. Speed is not my strength --
I consider myself a turtle of the biking world but doesn't matter when I love it so much.

Any other 'turtles' in Bay County?

I grew up in PCB but no longer live there so I guess I am a ex-turtle.

Thread revival! Yay! (*waves madly from Hoggetowne*) As happens every summer, the Tour coverage has goaded me into riding again. Just got new tires and helmet from Perf, and both my girls are now on decent road bikes. Looking forward to maybe doing the SantaFe with one or both of them this fall. Look for the beat up yellow and white steelie with the tired network geek (complete with Cisco Systems jersey) on it. :-)
