Bike to Work Day in Atlanta
 

May is National Bike Month. May 14-18 is National Bike to Work Week. May 18 is National Bike to Work Day. So who's riding to work this week?

I've been asked to *lead* the Decatur to downtown Atlanta "Bike Train" (now that sounds scary :eek: ), so who's riding with me so I don't get lost? :o

The Atlanta Bicycle Campaign (ABC) is leading at least two "Bike Trains" this year. Click here for more info. If you want to lead or start one in your part of town, contact Dennis at ABC.

I'm thinking about biking all the way out to work on the 18th instead of MARTA + bike. It's almost 20 miles each way on really bad roads, so I might not...any suggestions for downtown to Amwiler Rd. at Peachtree Industrial?

And I thought the route from home (N. Druid Hills/Lawrenceville Hwy) to my old job (Peachtree Ind/Medlock Bridge Rd) was bad. :o

Your route looks like one hellava ride. If it was me I'd stick with the Marta+bike plan.

I feel so silly, here I was thinking every day was bike to work day;)

At least one person from my work is planning on riding this Friday, I will also be there.
