A good LBS/mechanic in Northern Virginia?

I've just moved to Northern Virginia (Manassas), and am looking for a good LBS who knows what they are doing in service, assembly and fit. I need someone to assemble and fit a new frame for me (don't trust myself do do it totally right). Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks.
