I'm free!!!!

Saw the knee surgeon this morning and he said I'm free to get back out on the road He said I don't need to come back until October when he'll do the shoulder surgery.
So if you see some overweight gray haired guy riding kinda slow, it'll probably be me.
Gotta get moving so I can get ready for the mid and end of summer metrics and centuries.

Did 17 slow miles this morning then worked 1/2 day at the bike shop. Now I'm tired.

That great news. I had that same feeling last year after mine surgery. I over did the second month. Bad, bad mistake.
