LBS recommendations for Raleigh-Durham NC (Apex/Cary area)

Any recommendations for a good local bike shop in the Apex/Cary area of Raleigh-Durham? I'm looking for one that will be patient with a newbie and has a good service department.

Thanks for your help.

Also don't forget Performance in Cary. Not exactly an LBS but a decent store and offers selection / pricepoint you won't fnd at the LBS.

Wow, a member since 07-05-06 and this is your first post. That's gotta be some sort of a record.

A few years ago you could get WCP videos from the Spin Cycle, not sure about now.

I believe Cary has an All-Star Bikes. I've never been, but I've used both Raleigh locations and found them to be helpful and knowledgeable.
