[Orlando, FL] Debris in bike lane, S. Chicasaw Trail (Bridge)

Hi. I saw debris in the bike lane while traveling to/from grocery store from my apartment.

Here's the image:

The problem I'm seeing is that with the debris in the bike lane, it seems that cyclists only use the sidewalk for transportation. I bent over just to take a picture of it.

Is it possible to notify the Depart of Transportation Authority other via phone to remove the debris in the bike lane? I'm hearing impaired, so I came here to ask.

There's no sidewalk in the other side of the bridge as seen here:

I took it using Google Street View, even though the view of the street looks outdated (with no debris in the left side of the bike lane.

The issue has been resolved by someone, which appears to come from OrangeCountyFL.net, however, I didn't see anywhere where I can contact them.

I guess I'll have to do some more searching.

Thanks guys. The debris have been removed and swept off from the bike lane.
