Cyclist hit & run on film Jacksonville

Wow...... Very very close call for this cyclist. I'm really not sold on the whole idea of filming intersections, but the one time where it could help.... And the video quality sucks!! I mean if they are going to install cameras at least install good ones. Ones that could actually be used to ID a truck like in this video.

It seems so strange that with all the relatively cheap cameras out there with good definition that banks, intersections and other surveillance cameras always seem to produce fuzzy, useless videos such as this. What is the point in installing them?
